- The point I was trying to make is that smart documents are conceptually
- very different from searchable documents, and thus there should be a way
- of implementing smart docs without overloading ISINDEX.
- I'm not sure about keeping this in document class. How useful is a class
- that only has one instance ? (assuming that forms are generally one offs)
- I'm inclined to prefer an in-line representation: just as I can currently
- mark a point where text should be highlighted within a document, so I
- should be able to mark a point where text should be inputted.
